About this Healing Exercise

Mental Garbage are Unwnted Thoughts you may carry thru you for a very long time~ to do away with the Garbage~

Write all of your "Mental Garbage" out on a piece of paper & make the passages be as long or as short as you want. Think about the Good things too, that pop into your mind frequently or rigjt off the top of your head~ Just Scribble if you, draw pictures, use numbers, just let go!

My Example of some of my own Mental Garbage~

Happiness to be obtained

Focus


ok~ Some of my mental garbage, do not analyze, just see what happens & you will feel a sense of reliefe or healing!~

I think I have been taught or know these types of heaing exercises to teach others along the way in my path, I know this for a reason & strive to help heal others~
